Ressources can help to increase the chances of a company or to stop risks. Ressource: family and familiycompany? Ressource: team and workspace? Ressource: banker and budget?
3 step: Analyse businessfield and the plus of competitive advantages
The properties of a businessfied or more businessfields are normaly the marketattractivity (growth) and the competitive advanges (relative market volume).
The target group or buyers of a company will be define hear. From the needs or problems of the target group derive the products and company services.
The enviromental analysis contemplate a businessfield or more businessfields with competitors (other companys) and cosumers. On the on hand we contemplate the competitors from the industry and branch and on the other hand we look to the buyer’s behaviour in case of similar products oder services.
When we look to the marktattraktivity, we look to the competition between the companies. Therefor there is the modell of analyse with the five businessforces. The modell investigate the forces of suppliers, oportunity of new competitors, forces of consumers, risks to other products (substitute products).
We consider trends in businessfield by research and analyse. With the approach, that a company should be orientated with value (1 step: We need a mission), included that a company sould be futureorientated. The kinds of trends (politcal trends, technology trends, societal trends, consumer trends, megatrends) work on the general conditions of a company. Trends can bring a fundamental change in field of bussiness and a challenge for every company.
